Frequently asked, answered simply.
What is Lena Lazuli?
Lena Lazuli is a small-batch jewellery studio by the coast, creating handcrafted gemstone and pearl pieces inspired by ocean tides, sun-warmed skin and natural textures. Every piece is made slowly, with intention.
Are your pieces really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is made by hand in small batches — threaded, wrapped and finished with quiet patience. No mass production, no fast fashion.
What materials do you use?
We use natural gemstones, freshwater pearls and 14k gold filled findings. Our materials are chosen for their beauty, durability and gentle feel against the skin.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
14k gold filled is highly resistant to tarnishing and suitable for daily wear. Like all fine jewellery, it lasts longest when stored dry and away from harsh chemicals. See our Care page for more.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship from the Gold Coast, Australia. Domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days. International shipping is available — delivery times vary by destination.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn pieces in original condition. Exchanges are welcome if stock allows. Please contact us to arrange.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Store pieces separately in a dry place, avoid contact with perfume, lotion and chlorine, and wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. Visit our Care page for a full guide.
Do you offer custom or bespoke pieces?
From time to time we accept small custom requests. Reach out via email with your vision and we will let you know what is possible.
